Vikram Kuchkulla Founder & President.

Vikram Kuchkulla is the Founder and President of InfoMarines Inc., an SBA 8(a)-certified and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) delivering advanced IT and engineering services to the federal government. He co-founded the company in 2015 with Vineela Guntuku, following a career leading software initiatives for the United States Marine Corps.

Under Vikram’s leadership, InfoMarines has built a reputation for technical agility, mission alignment, and deep subject matter expertise. The company supports high-stakes defense environments—including the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps—by delivering secure, scalable solutions across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and program delivery.

Vikram holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Marathwada University, India. His leadership philosophy is grounded in clarity, innovation, and a deep commitment to advancing the federal mission.


Vineela Guntuku Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer.

Vineela Guntuku is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of InfoMarines Inc. Since co-founding the company in 2015, she has led with strategic focus and operational rigor—guiding InfoMarines through sustained growth while ensuring alignment with federal mission needs. Under her leadership, the firm has matured into a trusted provider of IT and engineering services for defense and civilian agencies.

With over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology, Vineela blends technical fluency with business leadership. Her oversight spans contract execution, organizational development, and long-range planning. She is known for transforming complex challenges into practical strategies that foster innovation, accountability, and measurable impact.

Before founding InfoMarines, Vineela held leadership roles at Aura and Lockheed Martin, contributing to national security programs across both public and private sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and leads with integrity, adaptability, and a steady focus on mission success.


Donald Wimmer Chief Technology Officer.

Donald Wimmer serves as Chief Technology Officer at InfoMarines Inc, where he leads the firm’s technical strategy and innovation efforts. A retired field grade U.S. Marine Corps officer with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Wimmer brings deep expertise in secure communications, cybersecurity, and large-scale IT modernization in federal environments.

As a former Communications Officer with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, he is known for blending mission-first thinking with technical execution. He was instrumental in the Marine Corps’ adoption of AWS GovCloud, leading the design, accreditation, and deployment of its first Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA). His work enabled the secure migration of multiple defense systems—strengthening compliance, scalability, and operational resilience.

Mr. Wimmer holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and maintains CISSP certification. He is widely recognized for his leadership in secure cloud architecture.


James Hennessey Senior Business Development Consultant & Facility Security Officer.

James J. Hennessey brings over 20 years of leadership experience to advancing mission-driven growth. A retired field-grade officer in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Hennessey completed multiple deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, cultivating deep expertise in program management and strategic operations.

Following his military service, he was appointed a Chief Data Officer within the U.S. Department of Defense, where he led enterprise-level initiatives in data operations and organizational transformation across complex federal environments. His career spans both public and private sectors, reflecting a broad capacity for cross-sector senior leadership.

In his role as Facility Security Officer, Mr. Hennessey directs InfoMarines industrial security program serving as the primary liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), ensuring the company’s continued accreditation and readiness in support of national security priorities. Mr. Hennessey holds a Master’s degree and several cross-industry certifications.
